Homemade Chicken Sausage

An easy homemade chicken sausage recipe.

Compound:

  • 1 kg chicken thighs
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
  • 15 grams of gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Cooking:

  1. Separate chicken thighs from bones and skin. Cut into pieces.
  2. Peel the garlic and put it through a garlic press.
  3. Add prepared garlic, chicken seasoning, gelatin and mayonnaise to the chicken. Mix everything well.
  4. Form meat into 4 sausages.
  5. Wrap each sausage first in cling film, and then in foil in the form of a candy.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  7. Put the prepared sausages on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 1 hour.
  8. Put the finished sausage in the refrigerator overnight.
  9. Eat for breakfast in the morning.
