The recipe for making oatmeal cutlets and raw potatoes is very useful in fasting, and vegetarians will also like it. But meat-eaters will also discover a new taste of original meatballs)).
Compound:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 bulb
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 grams of champignons
- 1 cup herbs (parsley + dill)
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking:
- Soak oatmeal in water and leave for 1-1.5 hours.
- Peel potatoes, onion and garlic and grate on a fine grater.
- Mushrooms (I had frozen) fry a little and chop with a blender.
- Wash and chop greens.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix everything thoroughly and put it in a colander for 5 minutes, so that excess water is glass.
- Heat up a frying pan and pour vegetable oil.
- Form small cutlets and fry on both sides until a crust forms, then reduce the fire to a minimum, cover the cutlets with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
