Crab meatballs with cheese

Recipe for unusual cutlets of crab sticks with cheese.

Compound:

  • 500 grams of crab sticks
  • 250 grams hard cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bulb
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

Cooking:

  1. Grate crab sticks on a coarse grater or scroll in a meat grinder. You can grind with a blender.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  4. Put the prepared ingredients into a bowl: crab sticks, cheese and onion, beat in the eggs, salt and pepper to taste and knead the dough.
  5. Form cutlets.
  6. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil. Fry cutlets on both sides until cooked.
