Recipe for unusual cutlets of crab sticks with cheese.
Compound:
- 500 grams of crab sticks
- 250 grams hard cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 bulb
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking:
- Grate crab sticks on a coarse grater or scroll in a meat grinder. You can grind with a blender.
- Grate the cheese.
- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Put the prepared ingredients into a bowl: crab sticks, cheese and onion, beat in the eggs, salt and pepper to taste and knead the dough.
- Form cutlets.
- Heat the pan, add vegetable oil. Fry cutlets on both sides until cooked.
