Cooking time 40 minutes.
Compound:
- 300 grams of puff pastry (can be frozen)
- 200 grams of boiled meat
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow sweet pepper
- 1 head of onion
- 1 pickle
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 grams of mayonnaise
- dill and parsley
- salt pepper
Cooking:
- Remove seeds from sweet pepper and chop finely. Also finely chop the meat, cucumber, tomato, onion and herbs.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well again. The filling is ready.
- Roll out the puff pastry thinly, put it into small metal molds and press in, smooth the edges, fill the molds with raw peas or lentils, put the molds in the oven and bake until done.
- Peel the finished baskets from peas, cool and fill with cooked meat salad.
- Put the salad molds on a large dish, decorate with sprigs of greens and serve.
PS If you wish, you can make your own dough. To do this, mix 200 grams of margarine with one glass of beer, a pinch of salt and 3 glasses of flour.
