Cupcake on kefir with nuts

The recipe for a fluffy cupcake on kefir with nuts and raisins.

Compound:

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 1 glass of kefir
  • 200 grams of granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  •  1 sachet of baking powder (12 grams)
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for sprinkling

Cooking:

  1. Beat the eggs with a mixer with sugar, pour in kefir and vegetable oil and beat everything again.
  2. Add baking powder to flour.
  3. Pour flour into whipped kefir and mix well with a spoon.
  4. Peel the walnuts, wrap in a cloth and crush with a rolling pin.
  5. Rinse the raisins well and soak for 15 minutes.
  6. Pour the prepared nuts and raisins into the dough and mix.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  8. Grease a cake mold with vegetable oil.
  9. Pour the dough into a mold and bake in the oven until done, about 45 minutes.
  10. Remove the finished cake from the mold, put it on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar for beauty.
