Zucchini with minced chicken in a slow cooker

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 300 grams minced chicken
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 grams of ketchup
  • vegetable oil
  • greenery for decoration
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Fry minced chicken in a large amount of vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  4. Cut the tomato into cubes.
  5. Fry the onion with carrots, add the tomato.
  6. Peel the zucchini, remove all seeds, cut into cubes.
  7. Load zucchini, minced meat, roast into the multicooker, add ketchup, salt and pepper.
  8. Mix everything well, close the lid and cook on the stewing mode for 20 minutes. Do not add water! Close valve.
  9. Garnish with herbs before serving.
