Cooking time 3 hours.

Compound:

500 grams of giblets

300 grams of carrots

300 grams of onion

salt and garlic to taste

5 grams of gelatin

1 glass of broth

Cooking:

  1. Chicken offal - liver, stomach, heart, wash, clean, pour water.
  2. Add onions, carrots, salt to the giblets and cook for a long time over low heat until fully cooked.
  3. Cut the jellied meat, add the garlic and boil again.
  4. Pour into plates, decorate with boiled eggs, carrots, herbs, etc. (optional).
