Hake with vegetables in sour cream sauce

  • 1 fresh frozen hake
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 pieces tomato
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 100 grams hard cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Peel the fish, separate the flesh from the bones and cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into rings.
  4. Remove the seeds from the pepper, wash and cut into strips.
  5. On a small baking sheet or heat-resistant dish, put the onion and sweet pepper, salt and pepper.
  6. Then lay out the fish and again salt and pepper.
  7. Lay tomatoes on top.
  8. Prepare the sauce. To do this, put eggs, flour, sour cream and mustard in a bowl and beat with a mixer.
  9. Pour the prepared sauce over all the ingredients on a baking sheet.
  10. Grate the cheese into a coarse grater and sprinkle on top.
  11. Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  12. Garnish with parsley before serving.

  1. Great recipe, I will definitely try it with my wife in practice. In general, sea fish, unlike river fish, is much easier to cook. There is no million bones, as in some carp.
