Compound:
- 2 cups peeled seeds
- 1 cup flour
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 0.5 cups of water
- 1 glass of granulated sugar
Cooking:
- Rinse the seeds well and fry in a pan without adding oil. Scroll the roasted seeds in a meat grinder.
- Fry the flour in a dry frying pan until creamy.
- Mix seeds and flour.
- Make syrup from sugar and water. The syrup should be of medium consistency, neither thick nor runny.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl: vegetable oil, seeds with flour and then syrup. Beat everything with a mixer until smooth.
- Line the form with parchment or cellophane.
- Put the finished mass into a mold, level with a spoon, cover with a circle or a smaller lid. Put a weight on top.
- We leave for a few hours. Maybe overnight.
