  • 500 grams of wheat flour
  • 500 grams of sour milk cheese
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • salt to taste

Cooking:

  1. Sift wheat flour through a sieve, make a well in it.
  2. Heat milk and add salt to taste.
  3. Pour milk into flour, beat in two eggs and knead the dough.
  4. For the filling, knead and slightly salt the sour-milk cheese.
  5. Divide the dough into 5 parts, form a thin cake from each part.
  6. Dip each cake in boiling water for 10 seconds, then rinse in clean cold water.
  7. Grease a baking sheet with oil and put one cake on it. Butter cut into pieces.
  8. Put slices of sour-milk cheese and butter on the tortilla.
  9. Top with the second cake and put the filling again.
  10. Lubricate the last cake with butter and the yolk of one egg to give it a shine and an appetizing look.
  11. Place khachapuri achma in the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes and bake until the product is covered with a golden crust.
  12. Serve hot.
