Pork goulash with mushrooms

Quick pork goulash with champignons in a slow cooker.

Compound:

  • 400 grams of pork goulash
  • 1 large onion
  • 150 grams of champignons (can be frozen)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200 grams of homemade lecho
  • 1 carrot
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Peel onions and carrots.
  2. Cut the onion into small pieces, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Cut mushrooms into slices.
  4. Peel the garlic and finely chop.
  5. Put the pork, champignons, onions, carrots, garlic into the multicooker bowl, salt and pepper.
  6. Close the lid and simmer for 40 minutes.
  7. Serve with mashed potatoes or any other side dish.

  1. I tried something similar, only the mushrooms were “honey mushrooms” and passed through a meat grinder. I can't describe the feeling, but the dish is very tasty. You need to try this option as well. In general, I love mushrooms, even more than meat. Thanks for the interesting recipe!
