Quick pork goulash with champignons in a slow cooker.
Compound:
- 400 grams of pork goulash
- 1 large onion
- 150 grams of champignons (can be frozen)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 grams of homemade lecho
- 1 carrot
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Peel onions and carrots.
- Cut the onion into small pieces, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- Cut mushrooms into slices.
- Peel the garlic and finely chop.
- Put the pork, champignons, onions, carrots, garlic into the multicooker bowl, salt and pepper.
