Mushrooms are a unique product that is loved almost all over the world. You can cook a variety of dishes from mushrooms that will appeal to both adults and children. It is rare to find a person who does not like mushrooms.

What can be prepared from such a product? Why not make soup? Moreover, it is very simple, not requiring a lot of time, effort and cost. And in order to always have the opportunity to prepare such a soup, you can purchase several bags of frozen champignons with a margin and throw them in the freezer, and get them when you need them. You can already guess that the soup is cooked from champignons.

0.5 kg frozen champignons

4 medium potatoes

1 bulb

1 carrot

1 bay leaf

4 peppercorns

greens to taste

Cooking:

  1. Place mushrooms without defrosting in boiling water. Sometimes the water turns dark and the smell is unpleasant. There is nothing wrong with this, but, if desired, this first water can be drained and a new one drawn.
  2. Mushrooms are boiled for about 30-40 minutes, after which you need to add potatoes to the soup, cutting it into small cubes.
  3. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  4. Zazharka should be added about 10 minutes before the end of cooking, cover and let the soup languish.
  5. Together with it, add 1 bay leaf and 4 black peppercorns to the soup.

Before serving, add greens to the soup. If a person is on a diet, he can eat soup without adding sour cream or mayonnaise, cream. But the most delicious option for serving such a soup is with fat sour cream. It turns out incredibly tasty, spicy and satisfying. And it takes very little time, effort and money to prepare this dish.
