Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms and onions

Recipe for lean buckwheat porridge with mushrooms, onions and carrots without cooking. Without cooking, porridge turns out to be crumbly, it will not be digested and all the vitamins remain in it.

Compound:

  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 200 grams frozen mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • salt to taste
  • vegetable little for frying

Cooking:

  1. Sort the buckwheat if necessary and rinse.
  2. Put the cereal in a saucepan and pour 2 cups of boiling water, add vegetable oil and salt.
  3. Close the lid and wrap in a towel. Leave for 1.5 hours.
  4. Peel onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  5. Defrost mushrooms.
  6. Pour oil into a heated frying pan and fry the onions and carrots.
  7. Add mushrooms and fry further.
  8. Put the finished porridge in the pan too. Mix everything and cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with pickles. For beauty, you can sprinkle with herbs or green onions.
