  • 400 grams beef tenderloin
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green or yellow bell pepper
  • 50 grams of granulated sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon curry
  • 100 grams of vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Cut the beef into small pieces.
  2. Remove seeds from peppers and cut into strips.
  3. Peel the garlic and ginger and grate on a fine grater.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan so that it covers the entire bottom with a small layer of about 2 ml and heat well.
  5. Add sugar to the butter and cook until it caramelizes over high heat.
  6. Put the meat and fry, stirring all the time and do not reduce the heat.
  7. When the meat is fried, put the garlic, ginger, peppers into the pan and fry, stirring, further.
  8. After 10 minutes, pour soy sauce into the pan, salt and pepper to taste, add curry, squeeze the juice from half a lemon and mix everything.
  9. Simmer until water evaporates.
  10. Serve with rice.
