Compound:
- 1 kg pink salmon
- 500 grams of potatoes
- 200 grams of carrots
- 2 -3 onions
- mayonnaise

Cooking:
- Peel the pink salmon and separate from the bones.
- Cut the finished fillet into portions, salt and pepper.
- Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil, salt.
- Take a large baking sheet, grease with oil and put portioned pieces of pink salmon on one half of it.
- Put the roasted onions and carrots on the fish and pour a little mayonnaise over each piece.
- Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
- Put in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise.
- Place the potatoes on the other half of the baking sheet.
