Pink salmon baked in the oven with potatoes

Compound:

  • 1 kg pink salmon
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 200 grams of carrots
  • 2 -3 onions
  • mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Peel the pink salmon and separate from the bones.
  2. Cut the finished fillet into portions, salt and pepper.
  3. Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
  4. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  5. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil, salt.
  6. Take a large baking sheet, grease with oil and put portioned pieces of pink salmon on one half of it.
  7. Put the roasted onions and carrots on the fish and pour a little mayonnaise over each piece.
  8. Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
  9. Put in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise.
  10. Place the potatoes on the other half of the baking sheet.
  11. Bake the dish until done, until the potatoes have a golden crust at a temperature of 180 degrees.
