Recipe for a delicious lean fruit salad with honey. When there is no fasting, the salad can be seasoned with yogurt or ice cream.
Compound:
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 tangerine
- 3 tablespoons honey
Cooking:
- Wash and peel banana, tangerine and pear.
- Wash the apple.
- Cut all fruits into small pieces, put in a bowl and add honey.
- Stir until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Serve for dessert.
