Trout baked in the oven with potatoes

Recipe for trout baked in the oven with potatoes and green sauce.

Compound:

  • 2 small trout
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Gut the trout and wash. Salt and pepper to taste inside and out. Put the foil on a baking sheet, trout on the foil.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  3. Wash the lemon and cut into half circles. Insert inside the trout along with the onion.
  4. Drizzle trout on top with vegetable oil.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
  6. Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
  7. Put the potato slices in a bowl and mix them with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until browned.
  9. Finely chop the dill, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mustard. Mix in a mortar.
  10. Put the finished trout on a dish, put potato wedges around it. Top with green sauce.
