Recipe for trout baked in the oven with potatoes and green sauce.
Compound:
- 2 small trout
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 lemon
- 1 bulb
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Gut the trout and wash. Salt and pepper to taste inside and out. Put the foil on a baking sheet, trout on the foil.
- Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
- Wash the lemon and cut into half circles. Insert inside the trout along with the onion.
- Drizzle trout on top with vegetable oil.
- Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
- Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
- Put the potato slices in a bowl and mix them with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Put the potatoes on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until browned.
- Finely chop the dill, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mustard. Mix in a mortar.
- Put the finished trout on a dish, put potato wedges around it. Top with green sauce.
