Finnish soup with salmon and cream

Compound:

  • 500 grams of soup set of their salmon or salmon
  • 1 salmon or salmon steak
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 250 ml cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Boil soup set and steak with onion, salt and pepper before cooking, add bay leaf. Constantly remove the foam so that the broth is clear. Boil for about 20 minutes.
  2. Remove everything from the broth and strain it through a fine sieve.
  3. Select the pulp from the soup set (if there is something to choose) and put it back into the broth.
  4. Process the steak, remove the bones and skin, cut into pieces. And also put in the broth.
  5. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
  6. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  7. Peel and cut the carrots as you like, you can rub into a coarse grater.
  8. Bring the broth to a boil, put potatoes, onions, carrots, dill, salt and pepper. Boil until done for 20 minutes.
  9. Before the end of cooking, pour cream into the soup and leave to infuse for half an hour.
