Compound:
- 800 grams lamb fillet
- 400 grams of ice cream spinach
- 1 head of onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 40 grams butter
- salt to taste.
Cooking:
- Cut the meat into pieces of 200 grams, beat off and salt.
- Defrost spinach and squeeze.
- Saute finely chopped onion in butter.
- Add spinach, tomato paste to the pan, salt, remove from heat and let cool.
- Put the prepared mixture on the pieces of meat, a clove of garlic and wrap each piece with a roll.
