Stuffed lamb

Cooking time 50 minutes.

Compound:

  • 800 grams lamb fillet
  • 400 grams of ice cream spinach
  • 1 head of onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 40 grams butter
  • salt to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the meat into pieces of 200 grams, beat off and salt.
  2. Defrost spinach and squeeze.
  3. Saute finely chopped onion in butter.
  4. Add spinach, tomato paste to the pan, salt, remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Put the prepared mixture on the pieces of meat, a clove of garlic and wrap each piece with a roll.
  6. Transfer the meat to a greased form, pour a small amount of hot water or broth and bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees until golden brown.rulet-stejk
