Baby chicken cutlets are tasty and healthy. They can be fried in a pan, steamed and in the oven. Cook them the way your child likes.
Compound:
- 1 kg chicken fillet
- 1 chicken egg
- 3 processed cheese
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 bunch green onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- salt to taste
Cooking:
- Skip the chicken fillet through a meat grinder.
- Finely chop the greens.
- Peel the garlic and grate on a fine grater.
- Grate the melted cheese on a coarse grater. If you have liquid processed cheese, then just put it in minced meat.
- Mix minced chicken with egg, herbs, sour cream, garlic, cheese and olive oil. Salt to taste.
- Form small cutlets from the prepared minced meat and cook in a way convenient for you. I just pan fry.
- Serve with any side dish or greens.
