Large shells with minced meat in the oven

Seashells with minced meat under tomato-cream sauce.

Compound:

  • 200 grams of large shells
  • 300 grams minced meat
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 tablespoon spices of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Boil the shells in salted water for about 5 minutes, so that they become soft, but do not boil.
  2. To prepare the sauce, mix cream with tomato paste, flour and dill. Salt to taste. Beat the sauce with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste and add spices. Mix well.
  4. Stuff the shells with minced meat and put in a mold or baking sheet.
  5. Top with tomato cream sauce.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  7. Bake shells for about 20 minutes.
  8. Finely chop the green onion and sprinkle over the cooked shells.
  9. You can serve with vegetables.
