Seashells with minced meat under tomato-cream sauce.
Compound:
- 200 grams of large shells
- 300 grams minced meat
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 bulb
- 1 tablespoon spices of your choice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Boil the shells in salted water for about 5 minutes, so that they become soft, but do not boil.
- To prepare the sauce, mix cream with tomato paste, flour and dill. Salt to taste. Beat the sauce with a mixer until smooth.
- Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste and add spices. Mix well.
- Stuff the shells with minced meat and put in a mold or baking sheet.
- Top with tomato cream sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Bake shells for about 20 minutes.
- Finely chop the green onion and sprinkle over the cooked shells.
- You can serve with vegetables.
