A very simple recipe for making biscuit roll with sour cream.
Compound:
- dough : 100 grams of flour
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- cream : 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy sour cream
- 10 grams vanilla sugar

Cooking:

- Prepare cream. To do this, beat the sugar and sour cream with vanilla sugar well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Put the finished cream on the cake and carefully roll the roll.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Let the roll soak in the cream for a couple of hours.
