Biscuit roll with sour cream

A very simple recipe for making biscuit roll with sour cream.

Compound:

  • dough : 100 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • cream : 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy sour cream
  • 10 grams vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar for decorating the roll

Cooking:

  1. Beat the eggs with a mixer, put the sugar and beat until it is completely dissolved.
  2. Sift the flour and gradually pour it into the finished mass, stirring all the time with a whisk. Mix the dough until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Place a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet.
  5. Pour batter onto parchment paper and spread evenly over entire surface.
  6. Bake until done in the oven for about 15 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a match.
  7. When the cake is ready, cool it a little and carefully transfer it from the baking sheet to a towel.
  8. Prepare cream. To do this, beat the sugar and sour cream with vanilla sugar well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  9. Put the finished cream on the cake and carefully roll the roll.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Let the roll soak in the cream for a couple of hours.
