Recipe for Belarusian potato pancakes with photo.
Compound:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking:
- Peel potatoes and onions and rub on a fine grater. You can scroll everything together in a meat grinder.
- Allow excess liquid to drain.
- Whisk in the eggs and mix.
- Heat up a frying pan and pour vegetable oil.
- Add flour to the dough, salt, mix quickly and immediately start frying. Do not leave the dough.
- Fry potato pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with sour cream.
- Chopped greens can be added to the dough if desired.
