Chicken basturma in the oven

A simple recipe for cooking chicken basturma in the oven.

Compound:

  • 800 grams of chicken fillet
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet and place in a bowl.
  2. Peel and crush the garlic with a garlic press, grate the chicken.
  3. Prepare the marinade: mix honey, soy sauce, chicken seasoning, vegetable oil.
  4. Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. After that, roll the chicken fillet into rolls, tie with threads and refrigerate for another 4 hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  7. Put the rolls on a baking sheet and cook for about 45 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another 20 minutes.
  8. Cool the finished rolls and remove the threads.
  9. Thinly slice the basturma and serve.
